MSV Foundation’s Claude Moore Physician Leadership Institute now accepting applications

Physicians often find themselves in positions of leadership – within their practices, their health systems, their communities and the larger health arena. While medical school prepares physicians to successfully overcome a wide variety of clinical challenges, it is unlikely to have supplied the basic principles and practices of effective leadership.

MSVF’s Claude Moore Physician Leadership Institute provides physicians with formal, ongoing, state-specific leadership training. Applications for the 2010-11 Institute are now being accepted, and more information and the electronic application can be found by clicking here.
 
The deadline for completed applications is noon on Wed., May 19, 2010. This activity has been approved for AMA PRA credit.
